New Wedding planner service by Pablo Castillo & Co.

Horses, pine cones, and the best views of the Madrid's Sierra to celebrate the love of Ana & Guille.

Today I want to share with you one of the things I am most passionate about in the world: the celebration of love between two people who decide to share their lives together.

Everything that goes into organizing that big day; the flowers, the stationery, the choice of each element, the table linen, every detail to surprise the guests.... It is an experience that I really enjoy and it has been a gift to discover.

In August 2019 I organized my sister's wedding in Madrid, it was the first contact with this universe. An opportunity that served me to get in touch with a wide network of contacts and suppliers that today continues to grow.

After that experience, I was surprised when one of the guests contacted me to ask me to help her with the organization of hers. This is Ana and Guille, the first wedding I organize professionally.

After meeting with the bride and groom and understanding their passion for horses and pine cones, it made perfect sense that the venue chosen for the banquet was El Club de Hípica Vistas Reales, in the Sierra de Madrid, a unique space with unbeatable views of the Sierra Madrileña.

With this information as a starting point, we were very clear about the elements for the graphic design: horseshoes and pine cones. Both elements were part of the digital invitations, the digital form accessed by the guests to confirm their attendance, the site identifiers, the names of the tables, the tear drop handkerchiefs, bookmarks for the guests to the religious celebration, the printed souvenir of the photo booth and in every detail of the bride and groom.

In addition to designing all the stationery, I also wanted to take care of the floral decoration of the space. The bride and groom collected hundreds of pine cones during their walks together that I wanted to include in the centerpieces of the tables, the cake, the decoration of the space and the groom's boutonniere.

I was fortunate to have the sensitivity of Eriket from Lottus Details and flowers for the floral decoration of the room and the cake.

All the centerpieces were designed exclusively for this celebration, as well as the flower arch that served as the perfect frame for the photo booth.

Everything was thought out in detail to enjoy the sunny afternoon of December 30, 2021, a program that included live music by Daniel Hare, gastronomy with local products by Vistas Reales, photography by Clío Vela, the unconditional support of Lottus Detalles y Flores, and the coordination, graphic design, decoration, design and floral assembly by Pablo Castillo & Co.

After this experience, I am pleased to present Pablo Castillo Weddings, a new venture of Pablo Castillo & Co. that comes loaded with a lot of enthusiasm.
