Pablo Castillo is a communications strategist, storyteller, and brand leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations build trust, visibility, and meaningful connections with their audiences.
Throughout his career, Pablo has worked across hospitality, design, culture, nonprofit, and community-based organizations, leading communications, marketing, public relations, brand development, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives in both Europe and the United States.

His professional journey has included collaborations with internationally recognized design firms, luxury hospitality brands, cultural institutions, and mission-driven organizations. Most recently, he served as Director of Communications at Entre Hermanos, Washington State’s first Latine LGBTQ+ organization, where he led strategic communications, brand development, media relations, storytelling, community engagement, and organizational visibility efforts during a period of significant growth and transformation.

In 2021, he founded Pablo Castillo & Co., an independent communications and consulting practice built on a simple principle: honesty is not only an ethical choice — it is the foundation of every meaningful relationship.
Today, from Seattle, he continues to collaborate with organizations and leaders who believe that communication has the power to inspire, connect, and create lasting impact.
